<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Oh, that's horrible! I sent a note as well, but in my note I told them I wanted to be called before they did any work on Lindsey and Kirsten. I told them I wanted the original neck strings left on and that is when I was told they didn't use the plastic ties anymore. This was this past Thursday. Mine had better come back with the strings and not the ties. I don't blame you for sending them back!

I did ask for the old head for Lindsey and was told they no longer send those back. Instead they keep the old heads for a few months to make sure you're happy. AG keeps the old heads and limbs and uses the parts to make whole dolls that they give to charity.
